PPC氣(qi)(qi)(qi)箱脈沖布袋(dai)除塵(chen)器(qi)工作原理:含塵(chen)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)從除塵(chen)器(qi)進(jin)(jin)出風箱體(ti)中(zhong)的(de)進(jin)(jin)風口(A系列從灰斗(dou)進(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru))進(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)經斜隔板(ban)轉向(xiang)至(zhi)灰斗(dou),同時氣(qi)(qi)(qi)流(liu)速度變慢,由(you)于慣性作用,氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)中(zhong)粗顆粉塵(chen)落入(ru)(ru)灰斗(dou),細小塵(chen)粒(li)隨(sui)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)流(liu)折而(er)向(xiang)上(shang)進(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)過(guo)濾(lv)室,粉塵(chen)附(fu)著于除塵(chen)布袋(dai)的(de)外表,凈化后的(de)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)透過(guo)濾(lv)袋(dai)進(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)上(shang)部清潔(jie)(jie)室,由(you)各(ge)分(fen)室清潔(jie)(jie)匯(hui)集經出風口,由(you)除塵(chen)系統的(de)主風機吸出而(er)排入(ru)(ru)大氣(qi)(qi)(qi)。隨(sui)著過(guo)濾(lv)工況的(de)不斷進(jin)(jin)行,附(fu)著于濾(lv)袋(dai)外表的(de)粉塵(chen)逐漸增多(duo),氣(qi)(qi)(qi)流(liu)通過(guo)的(de)阻力(li)也逐漸增大。
當(dang)達到(dao)(dao)阻力值(zhi)時(shi)(shi)(例(li)如1990Pa),根據(ju)需要可以手動,也可以經過定(ding)壓(ya)或定(ding)時(shi)(shi)清灰(hui)(hui)脈(mo)沖(chong)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)儀(yi)(yi),自動控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)啟(qi)(qi)動收塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)室(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)提升(sheng)閥(fa)(fa)關(guan)閉,切斷通過過濾(lv)(lv)室(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)氣流(liu),再(zai)開(kai)(kai)啟(qi)(qi)電(dian)磁脈(mo)沖(chong)閥(fa)(fa)釋(shi)放的(de)(de)高(gao)壓(ya)壓(ya)縮空氣,對(dui)分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)室(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)氣箱(xiang)(xiang)內所(suo)有濾(lv)(lv)袋(dai)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)脈(mo)沖(chong)噴(pen)吹(chui)(chui)清灰(hui)(hui)(停(ting)(ting)風清灰(hui)(hui)),使每一個濾(lv)(lv)袋(dai)突然鼓脹,從而(er)振落袋(dai)表積附的(de)(de)粉塵(chen),使袋(dai)內外壓(ya)差恢復(fu)到(dao)(dao)開(kai)(kai)始使用(yong)狀(zhuang)態,粉塵(chen)沉落灰(hui)(hui)斗。隨后程(cheng)控(kong)(kong)(kong)儀(yi)(yi)按(an)規定(ding)間(jian)(jian)(jian)隔時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)打開(kai)(kai)提升(sheng)閥(fa)(fa),恢復(fu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)室(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)過濾(lv)(lv),再(zai)啟(qi)(qi)動分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)室(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)提升(sheng)閥(fa)(fa),關(guan)閉切斷分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)室(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)過濾(lv)(lv)氣流(liu),開(kai)(kai)啟(qi)(qi)分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)室(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)電(dian)磁閥(fa)(fa)釋(shi)放高(gao)壓(ya)壓(ya)縮空氣,對(dui)分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)室(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)氣箱(xiang)(xiang)內所(suo)有濾(lv)(lv)袋(dai)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)停(ting)(ting)風脈(mo)沖(chong)噴(pen)吹(chui)(chui)清灰(hui)(hui),分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)室(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)濾(lv)(lv)袋(dai)上的(de)(de)粉塵(chen)。之后程(cheng)控(kong)(kong)(kong)儀(yi)(yi)打開(kai)(kai)分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)室(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)提升(sheng)閥(fa)(fa),恢復(fu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)室(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)過濾(lv)(lv)。此后按(an)預(yu)先規定(ding)的(de)(de)電(dian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)程(cheng)序對(dui)第(di)三(san)分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)室(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),第(di)四分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)室(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)……的(de)(de)濾(lv)(lv)袋(dai)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)停(ting)(ting)風噴(pen)吹(chui)(chui)清灰(hui)(hui),直到(dao)(dao)分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)室(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)清灰(hui)(hui)完畢,關(guan)閉電(dian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)儀(yi)(yi),除(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)全(quan)部恢復(fu)正(zheng)式過濾(lv)(lv)收塵(chen)。對(dui)濾(lv)(lv)袋(dai)停(ting)(ting)風及(ji)噴(pen)吹(chui)(chui)的(de)(de)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)(jian),分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)室(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)之間(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)間(jian)(jian)(jian)隔時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)(jian),清灰(hui)(hui)周期由程(cheng)控(kong)(kong)(kong)擴印(yin)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi),各時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)均為可調,參(can)見電(dian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)說(shuo)明書。本除(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)一般(ban)是在負壓(ya)下進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)工作(zuo),但(dan)也可在正(zheng)壓(ya)下工作(zuo),結構無須改變。
